Shipping Policy – USA & Canada

We pride ourselves on accurate inventory reporting and efficiency. Most “in stock” orders placed before 5:00 PM EST will be shipped out within 2 to 4 business days. However, our aim is to get your order delivered within 14 business days from the day of placement of order. All orders paid for after 5:00 PM EST are processed on the next business day i.e. all orders placed after 5 pm on Friday will be processed on the following Monday (if that Monday is not a holiday). So, the first business day for such orders will be considered Monday and if Monday is a holiday then Tuesday would be the first business day. Our site shows our inventory on hand and in stock with our suppliers. We normally ship from Philadelphia, PA. Which is 1-2 days from the NE and Mid-Atlantic, 3 days from the Great Lakes, 4 days from the Gulf and 5 days to the West Coast.

* Orders to Canada may also be subject to customs fees, moreover, add extra 3 business days for orders to be delivered in Canada.

Shipping Policy – Rest of the world

Equity 8 LLC worldwide shipping POLICY: 100% of orders are shipped within 5 business days. Orders placed over the weekend are processed on Mondays or next business day. We aim to deliver the order anywhere in the world within 14 business days, given there is no interruption in international logistic travel/cargo flights.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE: Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance. Equity 8 LLC is not responsible for paying any fees or rates charged by customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delayed or Lost items

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for US orders and 21 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
